Trace Updates, Flees America’s Funniest Home Videos

Satellite News brings us word that the original Mads, Trace Beaulieu and Josh Weinstein, have left their positions at America’s Funniest Home Videos. There’s no word on what their next projects will be, but hopefully it will be something that’s less of a waste of their talents. Good luck, guys. (Call Mike!)

Also, in case you didn’t know, Trace wrote a comic book some years ago, titled Here Come The Big People. Well, you can actually still purchase copies, autographed no less, of the book directly from Trace. Trace recently changed his address, though, so take note if you’re interested in purchasing the comics (er, graphic novels) from him. To net yourself two copies of the comic – each with a different cover – just send a check or money order for $9 to Trace here:

Trace Beaulieu
P.O. Box 311
Marine On St. Croix, MN 55047

And the Trace invasion doesn’t stop there, as he has apparently signed on to provide the voice of a rampant computer, in the upcoming indie flick Triptosane. It would be nice to see Trace for a change, but at least he’s still out there.
