Somewhere amidst all the brouhaha of last weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con, The Film Crew made their humble presence known. And you know what? I’m having the damnedest time finding reports of their Saturday-evening panel. Were you there? Want to send me a report and/or pictures? Please?
Anyway, I do have a few small things to report. The above picture comes from the LGBT news site Advocate Insider, who spoke with Bill and Kevin at the Con. Did you know that Kevin is popular in the bear community? Yeah, I wasn’t surprised either. Beyond that, the interview is relatively run-of-the-mill.
On a more entertaining note, MovieJuice has a 20-minute video interview with Bill and Kevin. I guess Mike must’ve been too tuckered out to be interviewed, after signing autographs all weekend. Awkwardness abounds, but Bill and Kevin manage to pull through with the win. The interviewer throws them a few ambitious curveballs, with an arm wrestling challenge and an impromptu riffing of his, um, rather morbid birthday home-video. Bill really had me rolling, a couple of times. (“Kickboxing!”) It’s a good watch.
On a smaller but probably cooler note, internet wonder-child JoshWay posted a few pictures he took at Comic-Con. They’re not extensive, but we get visual confirmation that Mike exists and we get to see his rather amusing autograph. Josh also posted a longer, more general visual recap here.
More updates as they pop up.
